This expanding and dynamic team are looking for an independent individual who will be able to manage their own portfolio. IRPM qualifications would be desirable.

Block Manager Duties

• Dealing with clients day to day concerns and provide solutions in a quick and efficient manner
• Site inspections and checking on contractors works
• Assisting in preparing and issuing service charge budgets
• Liaising with internal accounts
• Assisting with Section 20 works
• Attending residents meetings & AGM
• Drafting Service Charge Budgets
• Proficiency in Health & Safety
