Summary The Blind Rehabilitation Specialist-Orientation and Mobility Department position is located at the Gulf Coast Blind Rehabilitation Center (GCBRC) in Biloxi, Mississippi. The GCBRC training and instruction in blind and vision rehabilitation provides services for visually impaired Veterans and Service Members.
