Job Description
The Blender Operator is responsible for unloading, loading and blending fertilizer.
What your day may look like
Blends and loads fertilizer formulations. Maintains conveyor systems. Unloads railcars and trucks of fertilizer. Maintains cleanliness in fertilizer storage and loadout areas. Maintains run-off. Other work-related duties as assigned by leader. Reliable and regular attendance is expected. Education and experience needed for this position
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Must pass a drug test and background check. Other skills that will help you succeed
Customer service oriented. Ability to work under pressure. Can operate a forklift. Attention to detail. Your work environment and the physical aspects of the job
