As a Blender, you will work under the guidance of the Lead and Supervisor to produce various food ingredients. You will learn good manufacturing practices and how to follow standardized formulas for weighing, measuring, and mixing raw materials. This role involves setting up and controlling processes such as blending, drying, bulk fermentation, extraction, and filtration. You will also be responsible for completing appropriate documentation and operating process and utility equipment safely and hygienically in accordance with all process procedures, cGMP, HAACP, and SHE instructions and guidelines.
Responsibilities

+ Set up, calibrate, and monitor instruments such as pH meters, temperature meters, conductivity meters, thermometers, and metal detection devices.

+ Tear down, clean, and reassemble equipment such as pumps, mills, grinders, and valves.
