As a Blade Repair Specialist, you will be a key technical reference for the inspection, maintenance, and repair of wind turbine blades in operation. You will collaborate closely with field teams, subcontractors, and engineering departments to ensure high-quality and efficient blade service execution. Your focus will be on technical excellence, safety, and continuous improvement across all blade-related activities.

Your Tasks

• Review inspection reports and classify blade damages.
• Create and monitor non-conformance reports (NCRs) within internal systems.
• Define repair plans and produce technical sketches for critical repairs in alignment with engineering guidelines.
• Support rotor balancing analysis based on blade condition and operational data.
