Position Overview
We are seeking a **_Biostatistician/Modeler_** who can develop statistical tools to analyze infectious disease dynamics. This project will focus on the use of various data sets (human behavior, genomics, serological status, and epidemiological information) to predict the spatial and temporal dynamics of vector-borne (malaria, dengue) and vaccine-preventable (SARS-CoV-2, measles, rubella) diseases. The position will require the development, evaluation, and investigation of statistical frameworks to understand disease transmission and ultimately inform public health policy.
The Biostatistician will analyze large-scale, longitudinal data. Analyzed data is abstracted and extracted from electronic health records, laboratory and pharmacy databases, and patient reported outcomes surveys.
