Responsibilities
Serve as a statistical department resource, mentor biostatisticians, and oversee or develop training plans for associates.
Conduct training sessions for new hires and enhance the skills of existing personnel.
Prepare Statistical Analysis Plans (SAPs), including well‑presented mock‑up displays for tables, listings, and figures.
Collaborate with sponsors as required.
Take responsibility for the statistical aspects of the protocol, generation of the randomization schedule, and input to the clinical study report.
Review SAS‑annotated case report forms (CRFs), database design, and other documentation to ensure protocol criteria and data capture meet study needs.
Create or review programming specifications for analysis datasets, tables, listings, and figures.
