Position Overview
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, Agriculture, Veterinary Technology, or Animal Health Management.
• 3–5 years of experience in swine or poultry farm operations, animal health management, or biosecurity programs.
• Knowledge of livestock diseases, biosecurity risk assessment, SOP development, farm management, data recording/reporting, leadership, staff training, and problem-solving.
• Veterinary license (if applicable), biosecurity or animal health certification, and HACCP or farm quality assurance certification.
