Overview

BIOWEG is seeking a motivated and hands-on Scientist to drive fermentation-based projects focused on the development of biopreservative and bioacid systems. The role involves working primarily with Lactobacillus strains and contributing to the sustainable valorization of fermentation side streams for applications in the food and cosmetic industries.

Your Role

• Lead and execute fermentation projects involving lactic acid bacteria (especially Lactobacillus) from planning through execution, data analysis, and reporting
• Develop and optimize bioacid and biopreservative solutions for food and cosmetic applications
• Identify and implement strategies to valorize fermentation side streams and improve process sustainability and product value
