Benefits (union position): The company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: 401k retirement plan and Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Employees will accrue one (1) hour of sick leave for every thirty (30) hours worked up to fifty-six (56) hours per year. On Call employees may be eligible for prorated holiday and vacation pay. Employees will earn H&W dollars per eligible hour (including vacation and holiday up to 40 hours/week). H&W monies are used to offset the employer’s cost of benefits the employee elects into and/or utilizes now and in the future. Any remaining health and welfare monies after all applicable deductions would be cashed out to the employee on a 1 pay period lag.
