Summary About the Position: Serves as technical expert pertaining to biological systems; provides biological advice pertaining to USACE Civil Works projects and planning studies, including evaluation of environmental impacts of alternative plan formulations; drafts and reviews environmental documents; communicates to team members and senior management, both orally and in written format, to determine study needs pertinent to fish and wildlife, especially federally endangered and threatened species.
