Flexible Work, Better Balance
Baranov lab (bnv-lab.org) is growing and we are looking for a full-time bioinformatician to lead the project on Single-cell and Spatial Transcriptomics. This position is established to expand our work on Human Retinal Organoid Cell Atlas (HROCA).
We are a diverse team, interested in the regenerative ophthalmology and cell transplantation. Our multidisciplinary group combines experience in cell therapy, transplantation, stem cell differentiation, retinal development, retinal cell biology, retinal electrophysiology, small and large animal models of disease, bioinformatics, and single-cell and spatial advanced transcriptomics analysis. The lab is supported by grants from the BrightFocus Foundation, Gilbert Family Foundation, Massachusetts Lions, Department of Defense and NIH/NEI Audacious Goal Initiative. Being at the forefront of vision research gives us unique access to the experts in the field and multi-omics datasets.
