Position Overview
1. 负责包饼食品(如酥饼、蛋糕、面包等)的面团调制、成型、烘烤及出品全流程操作;
2. 严格遵守食品安全法律法规及操作卫生规范,确保加工环境、工具及个人卫生符合国家相关规定;
3. 依据标准配方与工艺流程进行制作,保障出品质量稳定、口味一致;
4. 协助完成原材料领用、损耗管控及日常设备清洁维护工作;
5. 配合厨房团队完成临时性生产任务及节令产品开发支持。
1. 具备1年及以上饼房或中式面点岗位实际工作经验,能独立完成常规饼类产品制作;
2. 熟悉面点基本工艺(和面、醒发、成型、烘烤等)及常用食材特性,具备基础食品安全知识;
3. 持有有效健康证明,符合《食品安全法》对食品从业人员的健康要求;
4. 责任心强,具备良好的团队协作意识与执行力,能适应餐饮行业工作节奏;
5. 年满18周岁,符合国家法定劳动年龄要求。
