The BIM Specialist will spearhead the implementation and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes to support architectural and engineering projects at a Dubai-based design firm. This role emphasizes leveraging cutting‑edge AI technologies and automation tools to create and maintain advanced, data‑driven BIM models. The specialist will ensure adherence to international standards, promote seamless collaboration across disciplines, support compliance with UAE Dubai Municipality (DM) BIM implementation frameworks, and guide the firm’s transition into a more integrated and data‑centric organization.
