Business cash flows for indication cash outflows and sales inflows (10 year Business plan for project life cycle).
Investor Management and submission of required dashboards for Investors.
Identification of key constraints and critical issue for the project Analyze the delays and Provide alternatives (recovery schedule /catch up plans) to avoid potential project delays and claims
Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and tracking on Monthly basis to ensure the project completion within allocated budget.
Coordination with Project team and contractors and set the project milestone.
Inter Department coordination with Liasioning, Design, Contracts and Purchase Team.
