Position Overview
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for Plumbing & Drainage systems using Autodesk Revit
- Prepare shop drawings schematics and detailed layouts
- Coordinate with MEP Architectural and Structural teams to resolve design clashes
- Perform clash detection using Navisworks and ensure model accuracy
- Ensure all deliverables comply with project BIM standards and LOD requirements
- Review and update models based on design changes and site requirements
- Assist in project documentation and submission processes
Qualifications : - Diploma or Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 35 years of experience as a BIM Modeler (Plumbing/PH)
- Strong knowledge of Plumbing & Drainage systems
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP) and AutoCAD
