Responsibilities: Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models in accordance with project requirements and submission standards Produce shop drawings, 2D drawings, documentation and as-built models aligned with company standards Perform regular model updates, audits and quality checks to ensure accuracy and coordination Carryout BIM coordination works including clash detection with other disciplines Liaise with subcontractors and project teams to ensure timely updates and model exchanges Create and manage BIM families, templates and objects for project use Requirements: Minimum1 year of relevant BIM modelling and coordination experience Proficient in Revit (Architecture / Structure / MEP), Navisworks and AutoCAD Familiar with BIM360 / ACC Build is an advantage Exposure to Architectural, Structural and M&E drafting preferred
