Position Overview
BIM MODELLER (ARCHITECTURE) Job Descriptions - Deliver appropriate visuals and shop drawings and technical details to support construction works using BIM.
- Liaise with architects, clients, consultants, and other parties involved in the design of the building.
- To create parametric Revit families & View Templates.
- To produce shop drawing by using BIM.
- To export CAD files with the correct color code from BIM Model.
- Resolve basic modeling issues.
- Documentation related to BIM processes for record and submission.
- Other ad-hoc assigned.
Requirements - Diploma or Degree in Architectural or equivalent
- Min 2 years’ experience working with Revit Modeling, Navisworks & other BIM-related software.
- Well-versed in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software in Archi and able to efficiently use BIM to perform drawing works.
