Develop and maintain Civil 3D models, including surface modelling, terrain analysis, and volume computations for coastal and reclamation works.
Verify contractor’s monthly progress claims through independent quantity and volume computations using Civil 3D or equivalent software.
Develop and apply digital capabilities for independent quantity and volume verification, including the use of survey data, drone-based modelling, and photogrammetry tools (e.g. Pix4D).
Support design teams in transitioning from 2D to 3D modelling, including preparation of models, 4D simulation, sketches, tender drawings, and material quantity computation for engineering and tender submissions.
Assist in preparing visualisation models for client and stakeholder presentations.
Provide BIM support to construction supervision and project management teams, ensuring compliance with project requirements, specifications, and the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
