Job Summary:
We are seeking a BIM Coordinator with 2 years of experience to support BIM implementation and coordination for building services projects. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating BIM models, ensuring clash-free designs, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate BIM models for

ACS or Mechanical disciplines (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, etc.)
• Develop, manage, and review BIM models using industry-standard software
• Perform clash detection and resolve design coordination issues in collaboration with architects, structural, and MEP teams
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards, project requirements, and client specifications
• Extract drawings, schedules, and quantities from BIM models
