Key Responsibilities:

Lead BIM-focused projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards and project requirements. 

Write and uphold BIM Execution Plans, maintaining project consistency and quality. 

Integrate BIM into Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD), Virtual Design Construction (VDC), and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD). 

Generate clash reports and lead BIM coordination meetings with clients and consultants. 

Oversee multidisciplinary coordination, including Phase Planning (4D) and Cost Estimating (5D). 

Troubleshoot issues with models and projects, ensuring timely resolution. 

Oversee the BIM team, providing mentorship and support to enhance team performance.
