Job Summary A hands‑on role focused on managing and coordinating BIM workflows on projects. Leads the use of BIM tools to support accurate, coordinated, and efficient documentation from design through construction for interior environments .
Key Responsibilities - Lead the preparation and implementation of BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and align digital workflows with interior design project requirements.
- Oversee BIM model development, coordination, and integration across all project disciplines.
- Review and respond to client digital delivery requirements in collaboration with project leads.
- Conduct clash detection, model audits, and support resolution of BIM‑related issues.
- Provide guidance to project teams and mentor junior BIM staff in digital best practices.
