Job Description

• Develop, implement, and oversee the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) for assigned projects.
• Lead and manage the BIM team to ensure all project deliverables and requirements are achieved.
• Coordinate BIM models across architectural, civil, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Perform clash detection and model coordination using BIM software tools.
• Ensure all BIM outputs comply with project specifications, company standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage the BIM data environment, including model updates, version control, and data sharing protocols.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and follow up on action items.
• Liaise with project managers, consultants, clients, and subcontractors on BIM-related matters.
• Provide technical guidance and training to project teams on BIM tools, standards, and workflows.
