Job Title: BIM LeadJob Description
We are seeking a dedicated BIM Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining strong relationships with customers, peers, and other departments. You will perform modeling primarily utilizing Revit, as well as AutoCAD MEP, and make extensive use of Navisworks.
Responsibilities

+ Perform detailed use of Revit, including setting up and maintaining jobs, files, families, schedules, and work sets.

+ Extract detailed information from the Revit model.

+ Provide dimensioned working/shop drawings for field installation and prefabrication.

+ Provide as-built record drawings at the end of the project.

Essential Skills

+ Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.

+ Minimum of 5 years of experience as a BIM Designer.

+ Detailed understanding of Revit processing including setting up and maintaining jobs, files, families, schedules, and work sets.
