BIM Lead – PEB Design Team

Location: Chennai | Experience: 5–10 Years | Reporting To: Head of Design / Chief Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a BIM Lead to own the end-to-end BIM-to-Build pipeline for our Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) design team from parametric Revit/Tekla modelling to fabrication-ready shop drawings, quantity take-offs, and site coordination. This is a leadership role demanding both technical depth and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Role in the Team

The BIM Lead sits at the intersection of design, engineering, and execution within the PEB design team. You will:

Act as the single point of accountability for all BIM deliverables across projects.

Work directly under the Head of Design / Chief Engineer and collaborate with structural engineers, estimation leads, procurement managers, and site execution teams.
