Role Overview

The BIM Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes across the organisation. This role ensures the effective use of digital tools, data standards, and coordinated workflows to enhance design quality, minimise rework, and support efficient project delivery. Combining strategic leadership with hands‑on technical delivery, the BIM Manager plays a in model coordination, clash detection, and information management. Acting as the central point of contact for BIM‑related matters, the role works closely with engineering, design, project teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure all BIM outputs meet contractual, regulatory, and business requirements.
