Perform site survey and inspection to ensure precision of drawing.
Liaise with contractors to update on any changes and new requirements.
Propose model design drawings for contractors and vendor.
Prepare and print out as-built drawings for OMM with accuracy.
Follow-up as-built drawing based on feedback from clients and consultants.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma with at least 3 years of experience in BIM modelling using AutoCad, preferably in data centre or critical environment.
MEP BIM Experienced in modelling and drafting M&E and Fire Protection ServicesAble to understand other trades that involve electrical and draw electrical drawings in layout and single line diagram.
