The BIM Designer supports multidisciplinary design teams by developing precise building information models and construction documents for projects across healthcare, commercial, industrial, and faith-based sectors. This role uses advanced BIM tools to deliver coordinated, accurate, and efficient design solutions that align with project goals and client requirements, while offering clear potential to grow into an Architect role and pursue licensure for individuals with the appropriate educational background.
Responsibilities

+ Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for architectural and engineering systems, including MEP and structural components.

+ Produce high-quality construction documents such as plans, sections, wall sections, and details directly from BIM models.
