Purpose: The BIM Coordinator is a highly skilled and proactive professional who aids in driving the successful implementation and compliance of all system and processes across corporate BIM projects, including integration with CoreNET X system requirements. This pivotal role involves executing project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) to achieve BIM/VDC/IDD goals, leading, organizing and participating in coordination meetings, and meticulously managing clash detections/reports to ensure timely resolution of design and construction conflicts, particularly those impacting CoreNET X compliance.
