Position Overview
Responsibilities - Oversee the overall project workflow
- Create project models and construction documents
- Prepare BIM project set-up and continued project administration
- Prepare 2D and 3D shop drawings and as-built drawings
- Work closely with Project Document Controller for accurate data transfer
- Liaise and coordinate with internal/external parties to manage technical issues and production of drawings
- Ensure work is up to the required standards
- Handle all inspections and handing over process with the final objective and high Conquas/QM score
- Guide and lead junior staff
- Be able to work on-site
Skills & experience required - Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience in Construction industry doing BIM
- Candidate with more years of experience will be considered for senior role
