to ensure accurate, clash-free designs that support efficient construction. The role bridges

BIM Model Coordination Coordinate BIM models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines. Integrate consultant and subcontractor models into a centralized project BIM model. Ensure models follow the projects BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and company BIM standards. Clash Detection & Resolution Perform clash detection using BIM coordination tools (e.g., Navisworks). Identify design conflicts between disciplines and coordinate solutions with consultants and engineers.
