Job Title: BIM Coordinator / BIM Librarian (Contract)Job Description
This contract BIM Coordinator / BIM Librarian role supports a global data centre design services team by managing and migrating critical BIM and construction documentation into a new cloud-based library platform. You will work with a multi-disciplinary group of BIM specialists to process project closeout submissions, ensure documentation quality and consistency, and maintain a standardized global library of lifecycle documents. This position offers hands-on exposure to complex, large-scale construction projects and the full BIM lifecycle, from design through operations, while contributing directly to innovative, energy-efficient data centre initiatives.
