:Parsons is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented BIM Coordinator with a strong infrastructure background to support the delivery of complex civil and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with LOD 400 & 500 modeling, asset information management, and the integration of 4D (time) and 5D (cost) requirements. This role will be pivotal in ensuring digital project deliverables are accurate, efficient, and aligned with operational client BIM standards & requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate BIM workflows and ensure alignment with project goals and BIM Execution Plans.
Manage and develop models to LOD 400 & LOD 500 for handover and asset management purposes, ensuring as-built accuracy and metadata compliance.
Oversee and maintain Civil 3D and Revit models for civil infrastructure elements (roads, utilities, bridges, landscape etc.).
