Prepare pre-contract and post-contract BIM Execution Plans (BEPs)
Develop project BIM process requirements according to client requirements, including MIDP, MDS, BIM workflows, LOIN matrices, classification systems, COBie requirements, and related documentation
Utilize advanced BIM software such as Autodesk Civil 3D, InfraWorks, and Revit to create detailed 3D models of port and marine infrastructure components
Develop realistic renderings and visualizations to communicate design intent, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and support decision‑making processes
Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, coastal engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate maritime‑specific elements into BIM models
