Excellent communication skills Experience in preparing / assisting in preparation of Reports and presentations Creating and updating 2D and 3D BIM models using software such as AutoCAD, Revit [LOD 200, LOD 300 & LOD 400], Collaborating with the project team [In house / External Offices] to develop BIM models and architectural designs Using BIM to visualize and analyze modelling challenges, potential solutions finding capabilities Ensuring the technical feasibility of architectural designs by checking compliance with building regulations and safety standards Managing and updating BIM project data, documentation, and digital design files. Collaborating and coordinating with other disciplines Ability to understand BEP / CAD Manuals and Project standards 3 to 5years Experience.
