Architect with strong BIM authoring capabilities using Revit.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in feasibility study of projects.
• Responsible for the production of presentation drawings for concepts based on project requirements.
• Responsible for the production of documents and drawings required by various statutory bodies/government agencies, especially in Dubai.
• Production of detailed layouts and plans for projects under the supervision of senior architect.
• Production of drawing and related documents required by marketing team for printing brochures if needed.
• Site visits to ensure that work is being executed as per drawings.
• Maintenance of Common data environment and records pertaining to drawings.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 3+ years of post‑graduate experience.
