This position is responsible for leading and planning the billing operations department. The individual will be responsible for ensuring a high degree accuracy within the department. They will also be responsible for designing, implementing and enforcing policies and procedures and streamlining effective processes across multiple collection streams. This position is highly visible and requires a strong leader with the ability to prioritize, plan, and direct the department.

• Reconciling and synchronizing data between various operational systems and tools;
