An established personnel services company is looking to add two contract-to-hire Billing Specialists to their team in Sugarland, TX!

Focus includes:


+ Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner

+ Review supporting documentation to ensure billing accuracy

+ Research and resolve invoice discrepancies

+ Communicate with customers regarding billing questions and account information

+ Maintain accurate records and documentation within company systems

+ Assist with account reconciliations and reporting activities

+ Work collaboratively with internal teams to support billing operations

+ Ensure confidentiality of financial and customer information
