Our construction client in Fishers is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This role is fully in-office and plays an important part in ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.


Key Responsibilities

+ Prepare, review, and distribute customer invoices in a timely manner

+ Verify billing information by cross-referencing internal documentation and service details

+ Enter and maintain billing data within internal systems and customer portals

+ Research and resolve billing discrepancies or customer inquiries

+ Ensure accuracy and completeness of all invoicing documentation

+ Maintain organized billing records and support overall administrative processes
