Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Billing Specialist to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $50, to $55, per year.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and issue customer invoices and ensure charges are accurate based on supporting documentation.
Review shipment related details and verify that all applicable fees are properly included in billing.
Communicate with internal teams and customers to resolve billing questions and discrepancies.
Maintain organized digital records by scanning, uploading, and categorizing documents.
Assist with month end billing activities and support general administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Prior experience in billing, logistics, or an administrative accounting role is preferred.
