Job Responsibilities:

• Handling patient billing (IPD & OPD) accurately
• Preparing final bills and explaining charges to patients/attendants
• Coordination with doctors, nursing staff, and insurance/TPA desk
• Processing cash, card, and insurance billing
• Maintaining billing records and reports
• Ensuring compliance with hospital billing policies

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate (B.Com preferred)
• 315 years of experience in hospital billing
• Mandatory experience in IPD & OPD billing
• Knowledge of insurance/TPA processes is an added advantage
• Basic computer knowledge (HIS, MS Excel)
