Our client in The Woodlands is seeking a full-time Billing / Invoicing Specialist to support day-to-day invoicing and billing operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step into a stable position with potential for long-term hire after the initial contract period.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner

+ Manage billing activities and support accounts-related administrative functions

+ Review billing documentation for accuracy and completeness

+ Maintain organized records and assist with tracking invoicing activity

+ Communicate with internal teams as needed regarding billing and invoice questions

+ Support general administrative tasks related to the billing process
