Robert Half is seeking an ambitious Billing Clerk with strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail and accuracy to join a focused and motivated team in the manufacturing industry. In this Billing Clerk position, you will review bills and perform data entry into spreadsheets and accounting software. Responsibilities:

- Obtain missing or correct data when necessary, after evaluating billing documents and other data for accuracy and completeness

- Issue monthly customer statements

- Operate closely with other functional teams to certify data consistency and excellence

- Review, process, and evaluate bills or invoices for services rendered

- Establish financial controls and procedures
