Position Overview
Job Scope - Preparation of invoices and billing to customers
- Matching of job sheets and supporting documents
- Ensure accurate and timely billing
- Liaise with operations staff on billing matters
- Filing and simple administrative duties
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Meticulous and responsible
- Able to work independently
- Experience in billing or administrative work preferred
