Position Overview
Candidate must have a Diploma or BE Civil Candidate have to look after the labours and labour camp on site. Core responsibilities Project management: Manage and oversee the construction process from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Quality and safety: Ensure all work complies with project specifications, quality standards, and all applicable safety regulations. Technical oversight: Interpret blueprints and project plans, provide technical guidance, and resolve any on-site issues. Site supervision: Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers, supervise on-site workers, and ensure materials meet specifications. Key duties Conduct site inspections and audits. Prepare and submit regular progress reports and maintain detailed logs. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other team members. Manage project resources efficiently. Review project documentation and change orders.
