Technical oversight: Interpret blueprints and project plans, provide technical guidance, and resolve any on-site issues. Site supervision: Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers, supervise on-site workers, and ensure materials meet specifications. Key duties Conduct site inspections and audits. Prepare and submit regular progress reports and maintain detailed logs. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other team members. Manage project resources efficiently. Review project documentation and change orders.
