The Billing Analyst will play a crucial role in the day-to-day billing operations, primarily focusing on creating and processing customer invoices and compiling related support documentation. This position supports the Revenue and Billing team, contributing to efforts to improve invoicing efficiency and accuracy across the organization.
Responsibilities

+ Create, process, and send customer invoices, including compiling supporting documentation, accurately and timely.

+ Assist in generating customer credit memos and subsequent re-bills, as needed.

+ Review and resolve invoice-related inquiries.

+ Assist in maintaining customer contract files in an organized manner.

+ Assist in reconciling invoice data to ensure the accuracy of revenue.
