Our client, a global leader in lifting businesses, is seeking a seasoned Technician ready to pivot their field expertise into a rewarding career in Technical Training. This is a high-impact, role designed for a specialist who can shape the next generation of crane experts.

As a Technical Trainer, you will be the cornerstone of competency for both internal teams and external customers, splitting your time between classroom theory and hands-on demonstrations.

The Opportunity
Location: Based in Burlington, ON (with domestic travel).
Travel: 40%–50% domestic travel (Canada)

The Mission: Transition from the field to the front of the classroom. You will lead onsite training for new hires and develop advanced competency programs for seasoned inspectors and operators.

Advantages
-Base Salary: $100,000 – $125,000 per year (Open to negotiation for highly specialized candidates).
-Annual Incentive: 15% performance-based yearly bonus.
