Position Overview
We are seeking a bilingual Service Desk Analyst to join a growing Help Desk team supporting a large, enterprise environment. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity with strong potential for extension or full-time conversion. This role is ideal for an entry-level to intermediate IT professional looking to gain hands-on experience in a high-volume, enterprise support environment while developing technical and customer service skills.
Schedule
+ Shift: Sunday – Thursday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
+ Training Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
+ Work Environment: Onsite (with potential hybrid flexibility based on performance after onboarding)
Key Responsibilities
+ Provide Tier 1 technical support to end users via phone, email, and chat
