Key Responsibilities:
+ Proactively assist sales representatives with administrative and customer service tasks
+ Communicate professionally with clients and prospects in both English and Spanish
+ Process orders, prepare quotes, and update client records in our CRM system
+ Respond to phone, email, and in-person inquiries with a customer-first approach
+ Support sales presentation preparation and follow-up activities
+ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve issues
+ Translate documents and correspondence as needed
