• Source and identify prospects with open positions through various channels including Internet job boards, data research, resume databases, associations, networking, and more (current tools include Google and LinkedIn).
• Prepare candidate expectations with clients, timeline to start, debriefs, etc.
• Outbound calls to prospects to discuss and highlight company benefits and values with interested prospects.
• Sign up or create profiles for job seekers.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Management Team.
