Overview Our client maintains a ready-to-work, pre-vetted talent database of more than one million skilled and semi-skilled workers, enabling rapid mobilization with compliance and workforce quality. They actively train, evaluate, and deploy new entrants while upskilling candidates for high-demand industrial roles to build a self-replenishing workforce aligned with employer standards and project readiness.
Responsibilities - Source and identify prospects with open positions through various channels including Internet job boards, data research, resume databases, associations, networking, and more (current tools include Google and LinkedIn).
- Prepare candidate expectations with clients, timeline to start, debriefs, etc.
- Outbound calls to prospects to discuss and highlight company benefits and values with interested prospects.
- Sign up or create profiles for job seekers.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Management Team.
